Communication Foundation for Asia (CFA) proudly presents its priority themes in three videos, Good Trip, Pastol sa Sabsaban and Maskara, through a new platform called iflix (a subscription video-on-demand service). These videos focus on the message that everybody has a voice against corruption and poverty.
Good Trip is an educational documentary film that is focused on the passengers of jeepney as they travel to town. Pastol sa Sabsaban: Ang Pagninilay sa Pagdating ni Pope Francis is a TV special about two students’ social research in time for the Papal visit. Maskara is a suspense-drama film on the challenges of upholding the truth in the fight against corruption.

Who We Are

Communication Foundation for Asia is a pioneer in development communication. It was established in 1968 as a non-stock, non-profit organization, but its origins go way back to 1960, when the Social Communications Center was born with the publication of the Philippine Catholic Digest. Both organizations were founded by the Dutch missionary, Fr Cornelio Lagerwey, MSC, in collaboration with his mission partner Genaro V. Ong.
