Sr. Program Officer

  • Graduate of Development Communication, Social Work, Sociology or Education; MA units, an advantage
  • Must have above average scholastic records
  • Excellent in written and verbal communication skills; proficient in English and Filipino languages
  • With at least two (2) years’ experience in community- based program
  • Can prepare/write training modules
  • Can facilitate seminar-workshops
  • Can work under pressure

 

Project Coordinator

  • Graduate of any 4-year course related to Management or Communication
  • Must have above average scholastic records
  • Excellent in written and verbal communication skill; proficient in English and Filipino languages
  • Can assist prepare/write training modules
  • Can facilitate seminar-workshops
  • With 6 months relevant experience

 

Research Assistant- Project-Based

  • Graduate of Communication Research or its equivalent
  • Excellent in written and verbal communication; proficient in English and Filipino Languages;
  • Can do research, both primary and secondary research;
  • Knowledge in proposal writing;
  • Knowledge in operation of Microsoft Office
  • New graduates are welcome to apply
  • Amenable in project-based employment

 

Library Assistant- Part-Time

  • Graduate of Library Science and Information or its equivalent
  • Good interpersonal skills, dynamic, committed and hardworking
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office;

 

Post Production Assistant

  • Graduate of Mass Communication or its equivalent
  • A team player
  • Good in oral and written communication;
  • Familiar with editing work flow and its programs (Adobe or FCP)- has an eye for visual story telling
  • Must have the ability to meet expectations while under pressure
  • Newly graduate are welcome to apply

 

Technical Assistant for Media Production

  • Graduate of Mass Communication, Communication, Broadcast Engineering or its
    equivalent;
  • Ability to handle technical requirements of all production- related projects
  • Can assist in post-production work involving video, audio and graphics Sound FX
  • Familiar with production set up, camera work, and lighting
  • Must have the ability to meet expectations while under pressure
  • Experience of at least one year in similar work
  • Team player and passionate about production work

 

Staff Artist

  • Graduate of Fine Arts or Industrial Design
    Proficient in Adobe Program
  • Must have the ability to meet expectations while under pressure
  • With at least one year experience in layout and illustration for komiks, books or magazines
  • Photography background, an advantage
  • Can do pen, ink and digital illustration

 

Programmer Assistant –Project Based

  • Graduate of Information Technology/ Computer Science
  • Knowledgeable in Web Development and System Development (PHP/Visual Basic 6)
  • Good knowledge of Software Development Methodology; and past experience in application project development
  • Amenable in project based employment

 

Facilities Services Aide

  • Must be at least a high school graduate or with some college units;
  • Must have a pleasing personality, be physically and mentally fit, and he/she committed to
    the demands of the demands of the work;
  • Must possess good interpersonal and communication skills in dealing with co-workers and
    clients;
  • Must exercise discretion and respect confidentiality.

Who We Are

Communication Foundation for Asia is a pioneer in development communication. It was established in 1968 as a non-stock, non-profit organization, but its origins go way back to 1960, when the Social Communications Center was born with the publication of the Philippine Catholic Digest. Both organizations were founded by the Dutch missionary, Fr Cornelio Lagerwey, MSC, in collaboration with his mission partner Genaro V. Ong.
